A comprehensive guide to learning tai chi, rooted in traditional Chinese martial arts. Based on over 30 years of experience, Master Li has developed a scientific approach to teaching tai chi. By first learning the 18 qi gong breathing meditation set, students gain a stronger understanding of body mechanics and flow in their tai chi practice.

The app follows a structured progression consisting of a short warm-up, breathing exercises, tai chi basics, short practice forms, and ultimately the 24-step Yang style form. Master Li has an impressive background as a senior disciple of Six Harmony Grandmaster Wan Lai Sheng and as a former member and coach of the Fujian Wushu Team. He is also the co-author of the esteemed book "Fang Shen Shu" on using Chinese martial arts for self-defense.
