The app follows a structured progression consisting of a short warm-up, breathing exercises, tai chi basics, short practice forms, and ultimately the 24-step Yang style form. With eight levels to progress through, you can seamlessly develop your skills and eventually design your own training regimen to fit your schedule.

Master Li, a renowned tai chi master from Fujian, China, serves as the guide throughout the app. As head instructor of Zhen Wu Martial Arts in Holland and Belgium, he has led seminars across Europe, China, and the US. Master Li has an impressive background as a senior disciple of Six Harmony Grandmaster Wan Lai Sheng and as a former member and coach of the Fujian Wushu Team. He is also the co-author of the esteemed book "Fang Shen Shu" on using Chinese martial arts for self-defense.
